What’s Blocking You Is in Your Body, Not Your Head

We tend to think that our blocks are in our heads, but often they're actually in our bodies.

As we start to do personal work, we can see this because we know that logically we shouldn't be scared of this, there's nothing to worry about, we want to be a certain way, or we want to speak up for ourselves, because we know that's how we're going to step into the next level.

And yet we can't do it because we’re are afraid.

That fear lives in our bodies.

The body is the vessel for which we create everything and we realize our intention, so what's in our bodies has an impact on what we’re able to create in the world.
